- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup berry jam or glaze
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, halved
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into springform pan and bake 8 minutes. Cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and mix, then eggs one at a time.
- Add vanilla, sour cream, and lemon juice. Blend just until smooth.
- Pour filling over crust. Bake 55–65 minutes until center is set.
- Cool in oven with door ajar for 1 hour. Chill in fridge 6 hours or overnight.
- Top with berry glaze, then arrange fresh berries on top.
