Frozen Greek Yogurt Date

I came up with these frozen Greek yogurt date treats one hot afternoon when I wanted something sweet and cooling without grabbing ice cream and I had some leftover Medjool dates and a tub of thick Greek yogurt just sitting in my fridge and that’s when inspiration struck. I filled the dates with yogurt and froze them and later dipped some in chocolate just for fun.
