- 12 oz spaghetti

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté onion, carrot, and garlic until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Stir in tomato paste and crushed tomatoes. Simmer for 20–30 minutes.
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and toss lightly with oil.
- Spoon meat sauce over pasta. Garnish with Parmesan and parsley.
