  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped Snickers bars (divided)
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/3 cup salted peanuts
  • Whipped cream, for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into springform pan and bake 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then heavy cream. Fold in half of the chopped Snickers.
  4. Pour into crust and bake 55–65 minutes until set. Cool in oven with door slightly open.
  5. Chill in fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and top with remaining Snickers, peanuts, and whipped cream.
