- 1 1/2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups chopped Snickers bars (divided)
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1/3 cup salted peanuts
- Whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter, press into springform pan and bake 10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add peanut butter, sugar, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, then heavy cream. Fold in half of the chopped Snickers.
- Pour into crust and bake 55–65 minutes until set. Cool in oven with door slightly open.
- Chill in fridge for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce and top with remaining Snickers, peanuts, and whipped cream.
