- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- Flaky sea salt, for topping
- Whipped cream, optional for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix crumbs and butter, press into springform pan, and bake 8–10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in sour cream and vanilla. Pour filling into crust and smooth the top.
- Bake 55–65 minutes until edges are set. Cool in oven with door ajar for 1 hour.
- Chill cheesecake for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Top with caramel sauce and flaky sea salt before serving. Add whipped cream if desired.
