Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 3 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • Flaky sea salt, for topping
  • Whipped cream, optional for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix crumbs and butter, press into springform pan, and bake 8–10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. Mix in sour cream and vanilla. Pour filling into crust and smooth the top.
  4. Bake 55–65 minutes until edges are set. Cool in oven with door ajar for 1 hour.
  5. Chill cheesecake for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Top with caramel sauce and flaky sea salt before serving. Add whipped cream if desired.

  • Use a hot knife for clean slices.
  • Store-bought or homemade caramel both work great.
