  • 3/4 cup raw pistachios
  • 1 teaspoon matcha powder


Instructions

  3. Pulse until the mixture is sticky and combined.

  5. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls with your hands.
  6. Crush the reserved pistachios and roll each ball in them for coating.
  7. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving or storing.
