Ingredients

  • lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Toss sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Spread on baking sheet cut-side down and roast for 20–25 minutes.
  4. In last 5 minutes, sprinkle garlic and drizzle honey over sprouts, then roast until golden.
  5. Remove from oven and drizzle with balsamic glaze while hot.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
