- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion diced
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Heat skillet over medium heat and sauté diced onions in a little oil until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned breaking it up as it cooks.
