Ingredients

  • 3 cups rotini pasta (uncooked)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella pearls
  • 1/3 cup black olives
  • 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup sliced salami
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing


Instructions

  1. Boil rotini pasta until al dente then rinse under cold water and drain well.
  2. Prepare mix-ins by slicing tomatoes red onion salami and chopping basil.
  3. Drain mozzarella pearls and pat dry if needed.
  4. In a large bowl combine pasta with all mix-ins and toss gently.
  5. Pour Italian dressing over the salad and mix until well coated.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
