- 3 cups rotini pasta (uncooked)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1/2 cup mozzarella pearls
- 1/3 cup black olives
- 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup sliced salami
- 1/4 cup fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Boil rotini pasta until al dente then rinse under cold water and drain well.
- Prepare mix-ins by slicing tomatoes red onion salami and chopping basil.
- Drain mozzarella pearls and pat dry if needed.
- In a large bowl combine pasta with all mix-ins and toss gently.
- Pour Italian dressing over the salad and mix until well coated.
