- 1 1/2 cups diced fresh peaches
- Streusel topping: 1/4 cup flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and line a muffin tin with liners.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs, vanilla, and yogurt; whisk until smooth.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients just until mixed; fold in peaches.
- Prepare streusel by mixing flour, sugar, cinnamon, and butter until crumbly.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups and top with streusel.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
