  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic. Sauté until softened, about 3–4 minutes.
  3. Add ground turkey, breaking it up with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Stir in zucchini and bell peppers. Cook for 5–6 minutes until just tender.
  5. Add diced tomatoes and simmer for 5–7 minutes until flavors blend.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
