Instructions
- Slice each date and remove the pit keeping the date mostly whole.
- Fill the center of each date with Greek yogurt using a spoon or piping bag.
- Place filled dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 2 hours.
- Melt dark chocolate in the microwave if using.
- Dip each frozen date partially into chocolate and place back on tray.
- Freeze again for 10–15 minutes until chocolate is firm.
