Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 celery stalk, diced
  • 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp pickle relish (or diced pickles)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)


Instructions

  2. Mix in mayonnaise, salt, and pepper until creamy.
  3. Add diced celery, red onion, and relish. Stir to combine.
