  • 1 cup orzo pasta

  • 1 zucchini, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Boil salted water and cook orzo until al dente. Drain and set aside.
