Ingredients

  • 1 pack Hawaiian sweet rolls (12 count)
  • 8 large eggs, scrambled
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
  2. Slice rolls in half horizontally and place bottom half in the dish.
  3. Spread mayo on the bottom layer and top with scrambled eggs.
  4. Add bacon strips and cheddar cheese slices over the eggs.
  5. Place the top buns on and brush with melted butter and seasoning.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
  7. Cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
