- 8 large eggs, scrambled
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
- Slice rolls in half horizontally and place bottom half in the dish.
- Spread mayo on the bottom layer and top with scrambled eggs.
- Add bacon strips and cheddar cheese slices over the eggs.
- Place the top buns on and brush with melted butter and seasoning.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes, then uncover and bake 5 more minutes.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving warm.
