- 1 cup heavy cream
- Pulp of 2–3 fresh passion fruits
Instructions
- Add sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream to a blender and blend until smooth (about 1 minute).
- Pour into small molds or ramekins and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Scoop out the pulp of fresh passion fruits into a bowl.
- Unmold the chilled mousse and spoon passion fruit pulp over the top before serving.
Notes
- Use mango or citrus puree if passion fruit isn’t available.
- Serve in glasses instead of unmolding for an easier version.
