  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl.

  4. Arrange wedges in a single layer, cut side down, on the baking sheet.

  6. Flip wedges, add remaining cheese, and bake another 15–20 minutes until golden and crisp.
