- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- 1/3 cup sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop broccoli and thinly slice red onion. Place in a large bowl.
- Add shredded cheese bacon and sunflower seeds.
- In a small bowl whisk mayonnaise sour cream sugar and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour dressing over broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
